Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original box, ensuring all luxury scent machines or linens are securely protected to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
